Today was my 1st time. It cost $30 just to get my really short, real nails painted. I walked in and I didn't know who to speak to because everyone I guess was busy. I asked for prices on gel nails and the lady (doing someone else's nails at the time) said $30 for gel nails. I was thinking the fake gel nails.



Another lady started doing my nails but couldn't find the nail polish. Then she started doing my nails but never put on the nails.



Sanitation: She took out a dish to let my nails soak in it, then when she was done just spilled the water put the bowl back in the drawer and she put the tools back in the bag. She never cleaned them.



Nails: nails came out lumpy toward the tip, my nails were not even painted near the cuticle. I wont be going back. I think the nail technician was in a rush because she answered her cell phone and then kept getting text throughout my session today.

Get my ANC nails done here every 2 weeks and they Always look great , a lot of colors to chooes, this place never let me down. Highly recommend

Horrible customer service! No smile. No respect! No sterilization the tools after they did the nail. Just wrap into the bag for the next customer. The paraffin is disgusting it's dirty and stinky. The guy admitted they used to recycle the wax for every customer.

I went to this nail salon for my pedicure. I took 30 minutes for waiting my pedicure. That's crazy since the lady at the front told me just 10 minutes waiting! After 30 minutes, the guy called ray who did my pedicure. It is so ridiculous because I pick the hot stone pedi but he give the massages with the cold rock.

Hands down the BEST nail salon in Schenectady! I have never been disappointed. Great pedicure massage chairs. The staff is wonderful. Great for waxing as well. Don't bother going anywhere else. And they rub your shoulders when you are done!! I LOVE this place.
