DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Here are the facts: On 10/18/10, I had my black Epson Stylus C84 Cartridge filled here; I took it home and installed. I tried to print - the first 1/2 of the page printed fine - it used the rest of the remaining ink in the machine - the second 1/2 of the page - and all pages thereafter, contain only faint smudges! MY PRINTER WILL NO LONGER PRINT ANYTHING as far as I can tell, it is now broken; possibly clogged from their refill cartridge, OR: the cartridge was not re-set correctly, although I gave them two chances to do this. I cannot say for sure, but it sure seems like their cartridge was responsible. But wait, it gets worse: I returned the cartridge to the same store (in light of their 100% Guarantee). The worker gave me an entirely different cartridge, which he filled. I placed in the printer - NO DIFFERENCE. It still will not print. Naturally, I returned and kindly asked for a refund - and was flatly refused. A TOTAL RIP OFF!
