Tried to give the local pharmacy my business. First couple of encounters were positive. When I brought in my son's seizure medication he told me is was back-ordered from his wholesaler. A friend of mine uses the same supplier and confirmed it was available. Today I had CVS call to transfer my medication. I do not have the time or inclination to run around to several pharmacies. Michael the pharmacist and owner refused to do so. His policy is not to transfer RX's to CVS's. While I understand it is his choice to fill or not fill my son's medication ( probably does not get reimbursed enough from insurance) It is unconscionable that he would not give me access to my medication .
