This is a beautiful place for a wedding, family reunion, special event, etc. The reason I give it such a poor is the quality of service. I was there for a wedding and from the time I got there to the time I left I felt awkward, unwelcome, and generally disliked. These people can take a lesson in customer service. Both of the ladies there were rude and short with me, my family, and the whole wedding party. Due to some outragous rule, the grooms friends were not allowed to get ready with him in his room. He had to get ready by himself. When his dad went to ask permission from one of the innkeepers to allow them him she shoved her hand in his face and walked away. There were several other customer service concerns made by other bridal party members. They even shut the lights out on us in the barn when the families were saying good bye to each other. So rude! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and find someplace nicer in Portland.
