SouthCoast Health Pediatrics offers complete care for children of all ages - from newborns and infants, to growing children and adolescents as old as age 21. We offer after hours Urgent Care at 3 convenient locations with no appointment necessary: Savannah: Mon-Thurs 5pm - 7:30pm, Sat & Sun 9am - Noon, Richmond Hill: Mon-Thurs 5pm - 7:30pm, Sat 9am - Noon, Rincon: Monday 5pm - 7:30 pm.

I absolutely HATE going to this place. I just turned 20, but I went here since birth (check-ups, immunizations, rare illness). I could not wait to switch. The receptionists and nurses were never that friendly, doctors were alright, was kept waiting in waiting room at least 30 minutes and at least an additional 15 back in room every visit. I never felt like I was listened to as a patient when I got older (complained of severe migraines-not referred anywhere or given sound advice on possible prevention; told to take Advil). Disgusted. I recommend going anywhere in Savannah besides this place.
