Chatham County Superior Court is a public service agency located in Savannah, Ga. The court works to file and safe land and property records. It also offers a series of services, such as deed and property recording, civil and domestic court filing/processing, family violence filing and processing, notary public certificates and management, court registry management as well as adoption filing and processing. Additionally, the department provides trade name registration, appeals filing/processing, evidence security and management services.
