We were very please with the Campground, the water was not bad, or taste like city water (clorine) they very helpful in the needs that we needed and had.. Reading some of the others reviews before we went we were sceptic. ,Shows that you can't beleive all you read & hear.

The family who ran the campground couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. They made recommendations on things to do and gave us directions to places we were looking for. The campground was very conveniently located to downtown Savannah. However, be warned, the online photos made the campground look nicer than it was. It really needed some sprucing up. Our site was level but because of the tree coverage it seemed dark all the time. Our main complaints were the drinking water and what they called wireless internet. The water must have been well water because it smelled like sulphur and had an awful taste that left a film in your mouth. Their wireless internet did not reach the campsites so if you wanted to log on you had to go into the office and sit in a straight-back chair with no table located amongst all the "antiques" they had for sale, plus they closed at 5 p.m. and turned off the wireless. I don't know about you but we were rarely around during the hours they were open. We ended up going to Starbuck's or Atlanta Bread Company and taking care of our online needs.
