Recently a large tree had fallen on our house ,electrical lines causing the power lines to throw sparks and cause our lights to surge and dim. I called Mr. Reeder and he dropped everything to come help us. My husband and I are disabled. He worked through the night and next day with co-ordinated phone calls with the power company to re-establish power to our house. I was amazed at all his in the adverse weather. My husband and I are extremely grateful for his services. I would reccomend him to everone who needs a professional licensed electrician. Probably the best in upstate new york. I called early morning for some electrical work and left a message. He called back shortly afterwards and was over at my house within 15 minutes to go over everything. I had a very complicated project and he sat down with us for over 2 hours to make sure we get what we needed. He wanted the electrical specifications for all my components that way when the job was done it would work. The job was done fast and it honestly looks like art (in an engineering kind of way). Dale was beyond professional and very well knowledges. Definitely a master in his trade. They didn't feel like contractors- they seemed more like friends. I called Dale a week before Christmas to install 2 cable hookups and a light in my stairway. When he heard the cable was for my son's Christmas TV, he assured me he'd get it done before the holiday. Called Dale Reeder about Furnace ignition problems in late afternoon, and he responded within 30 min. that he would try his best to take a look a little later. Not only did he show up but he diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and fixed the ignition problem but also noticed that the condensation pump was not operating properly and repaired it where the Furnace was back as a functional unit again. I would without hesitation call Dale again and recommend him to anyone that wants excellent quality work done, and done right the first time.
