      Located in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., Hall of Springs has a seating capacity of more than 500 guests. It features marble columns and Belgian-style crystal chandeliers and offers a variety of food options for formal sit-down and classic buffet dinners. The facility s lunch buffet includes smoked meat, assorted salads, homemade soups, stuffed pasta, casseroles, chops, cakes, pastries, pies and ice cream. Its corporate dinners feature a selection of saut ed chicken, sliced sirloin, roast beef ribs, glazed pork tenderloin, encrusted salmon, pan-seared tilapia and cakes. Hall of Springs also provides linen tablecloths, napkins and audiovisual equipment. Additionally, the facility offers assistance with event planning activities. Hall of Springs is owned and operated by the Mazzone Management Group.
