Horrible. My insurance company used them to try to get my truck jumped, there was confusion about the time, when I called to check in Ron was rude, told me it wasn't his problem and to call another company, totally not professional and the WORST customer service I've encountered. He was so rude that I chose to use another company that was an hour away than Romans that was only 20 minutes away. They need training in customer service. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them.

A couple came to open my son's car door as he locked his keys in his car. I was waiting inside the house for their arrival, and my son called me to let me know they were outside. The couple who came claimed they knocked on the door, but did not receive an answer. This is a lie, as I was right there, and have two small dogs who enthusiastically let me know of visitors. When I went outside to greet the "professionals" they had parked half way on my drive, and half on my lawn. Thankfully, they did not run over a sprinkler head, but this is unprofessional and extremely rude.

I had a flat tire. I called the roadside assistance number and they dispatched Romans. They got there within the time estimate and quickly changed the time and put the spare on. They offered to patch the tire but I have road hazard so I took it to the dealership for the patch. The tech was very friendly and courteous.

The other day I had a dead battery and had no jumper cables, so I called roadside assistance and they sent out Roman's Road Side Assistance. I must say the got there very quickly, I think I waited about 25 minutes very efficient! Also, as soon as I started the car I shut my car door and locked my keys in the car while the engine was running. But the guy who jumped my car also unlocked my car for me right there on the spot! This was the best experience I have had with roadside assistance! I highly recommend Roman's Road Side Assistance!

Absolutely spectacular. Had a flat tire with a nail in the tire. Mercedes said they would be at least 2 hours or more. Romans was there in the 30 minutes they advised. Mercedes would have changed the tire and I would have had to have the tire fixed. Romans fixed the tire on the spot.OUTSTANDING!!!!!! Can't get any better.

WOW! These guys were way cheaper then the others I called! Got here fast too.
