The rules surrounding tax representation and resolving tax issues whether they are related to owing back taxes , filing past due tax returns or contesting amounts owed are very complex. However, with our experience we can help you, at very reasonable fees, plow through the process expeditiously and to your benefit within the law and leave you with peace of mind before, during and after the process without breaking your wallet. Our minimum fee is only $125 which includes a consultation to discuss your issue and to start working on your case. Depending on your circumstances,that may be all that is needed. We will not bill you for extraneous work and will work as efficiently as possible. During the initial consultation we will discuss your budget and the amount that we feel will bring closure to your case. We also bill in increments as work is performed therefore not requiring a large up-front fee payment. Some lawyers and CPA’s require $2,500 to $5,000 in up-front deposits. Michael L. Bassin CPA. Michael is a Florida and Maryland CPA. He is authorized to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities in all 50 states. Michael has a diverse accounting and tax background with small, medium and Fortune 300 companies from his experience in both public accounting and private industry. He worked primarily with small to medium sized businesses for many years as a public accountant performing compliance and tax work. In private industry Michael worked with some very large companies like WorldCom, UUNET, Northrup and Marriott as an Accounting Manager and as a Project Manager implementing high end accounting system conversions both domestically and internationally. His international experience took him to Europe, Asia Pac and Latin America where he worked closely with controllers, CFO's and trained back office personnel. His industry experience includes high tech, healthcare, professional corps, non profits, small businesses, hospitality and retail just to name a few. Michael wants to apply his BIG business experience with his small company experience in helping business men and women grow their businesses through process improvements and tax planning.
