Do not go here. They are not competent and do NOT care about you as a patient. They are a PROFIT HUNGRY corporate machine, not ethical Dentists making a living off of honest recommendations and work. This is by far the most unprofessional, disorganized, dishonest business I have *ever* encountered in my 35 years of life. If you have any issues whatsoever, they won't even notify the Dentist, they just brush you off. Complain, and they sick their "legal team" on you. I went to the office March 28th and asked for the crowns that I paid in full for so I could have another Dentist put them in. They declined to give them to me. I pressed the issue. This made them consult their "legal team" which concocted a ridiculous "release" which basically said "I give up all my rights and every consumer protection afforded me". This contract was written after the fact. I told them they had my goods which I paid for, and I would not sign any release of my rights to receive goods I paid for.
