Didn't expect much. Just passing through on a coast-to-coast driving round trip and looking for a passable meal. After so many really bad reviews on other restaurants here, we were more than a bit leery.Except for one very hard working, pleasant and efficient server, the staff in the dining area was disorganized and without appreciable skills in the industry.We had traditional Mexican dishes. They were prepared quickly and served HOT. The food was very good. Nothing fancy about the food or the place, but that one server was SO good. She covered for the other server and made sure that the other diners had adequate service even though they were out of her area.We would definately eat here again rather than risk the other places that have been slammed so hard in reviews. Should have gotten that young woman's name. She does deserve positive recognition.
