He has also on faculty for training programs for the American Academy of Dermatology, American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, and others. Keith consults on a daily basis to physicians on productivity, profitability, cost-control, marketing, and practice management. He has assisted in almost 1,000 practice start-ups and been involved with the formation of over 50 medical groups. He performs practice valuations up-to and including full IRS-Qualified and court expert witness reports for litigation and divorce. He is frequently quoted and published in many of the medical-business journals including Medical Economics, Physicians Practice, Physician Management, ACP Observer, AMA News, MGMA Update, and Family Practice Management magazines.
