We are committed to getting your needs right the first time. An important piece of that is our initial, complimentary In-Home Consultation and Home Safety Evaluation. Our Care Manager will meet with you to discuss your individual needs and preferences. Well then develop your Care Plan and schedule our ideal caregiver to suit your needs. Care is available on a flexible basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: we offer hourly, overnight and 24 hour live-in care. Schedules can be regular or sporadic, and may evolve based on changing client needs. **In-Home Caregiving Services** We understand in-home assistance covers a wide range of needs, whether hourly or 24/7. Our Certified Nurses Aides, Certified Home Health Aides, Caregivers and Companions are ready to assist with all In-Home Care Services. We have a dedicated Dementia Specialist Team and Hospice Support Team, and we offer our Coming Home Program after discharge from a hospital or rehab center. **Facility Support Services** Our Peace of Mind division supporting facilities is an innovative Care and Safety Program specifically tailored to Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care facilities. **Professional Care Management Services** Planning and coordinating care to improve quality of life and maintain independence, our Geriatric Care Managers offer expertise, solutions and support in the care and well being of your loved one.
