There's no downside at Dr. Pruitt's office. From the moment you meet Margaret at the desk everything goes smoothly in the often lost art of being gracious. They care, they follow-up, they are what a dental care provider should be. Yesterday, even though Dr. Pruitt and others on staff were ill and not there, Margaret, knowing that I had a scheduled extraction that afternoon, assured me that she was experienced and qualified to make the impressions needed before I was to go to another office for the procedure.How often to people think out of the box? Not often enough but Dr. Pruitt and her staff are spot on. Clearly Dr. Michael Horwitz found a team equal to his remarkable technical skills, excellent patient relations, and fair policy of charges.While I'm never eager to see a dentist when the time comes I know that Dr. Pruitt will do it right the first time. This is the first and only dentist I have ever been to. I practically grew up there! Dr. Horowitz and Dr. Pruitt are both phenomenal dentists, I love them both. Mirma is my favorite, my family and I adore her and we make it a point to schedule all of our appointments with her. The best part about Dr. Pruitt is she's really excited about teeth and she enjoys what she does. People who like what they do are just naturally better at their jobs - and you always learn something when you're around them. (Because the nerdy things that fascinate them, they share w/ you). She puts everything in layman terms so I can understand of course. :) I never wait a long time at the office. I should also mention, in addition from saving me from a few cavities...
