Haven't been in awhile but they had a nice selection of hard to find flowers and were always polite in my dealings with them.

IF YOU CAN'T DO WHAT YOU PROMISE, SAY SO! I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I grew up in Santa Maria, now live in Dallas Texas. I try to send an unusual floral arrangement to my Mom for her b-day. Last year I sent a "cake bouquet" (ordered from a different florist in Santa Maria - who did a wonderful job!). I picked out the "present" bouquet online & placed the order. Later that day I received a phone call telling me that I would need to pay an additional amount for this order. OK. When I talked to my Mom late on the day of her B-day she had not received her flowers. After a call, we were told it would be delivered shortly. It was and it was not what I had ordered, and it was very unattractive.After another call complaining, I did receive an apology & was told it would be replaced.They did replace with a more attractive arrangement but still did not come close to what I had seen on the website. I will not be using Flower Carriage ever again!
