      Fry Steel was founded in Los Angeles as Allen-Fry Steel more than 50 years ago. In 1971, John Fry bought out Bill Allen and changed the name to Fry Steel. The company is family owned and ISO 9001:2000 certified. Fry Steel stocks metal bars in more than 140 grades and 9,500 sizes. The company manufactures bars in various metals, such as stainless and carbon steel, aircraft alloys, super alloys, electrical steels, aluminum, brass and bronze. Fry Steel has a fleet of more than 25 trucks and delivers products throughout Southern California. The company ships worldwide through several major carriers.
