- Lip AugmentationAs we age, our skin loses volume, especailly in the mid-face area. This can lead to the cheeks flattening and face sagging. Dermal fillers may be helpful in adding volume to the cheeks, smoothing so-called “paranthesis” lines and wrinkles around the nose and mouth. With aging, lips can also lose volume and become more thin. Dermal fillers may also be used to add volume to thinning lips or as a lip augmentation for people who seek to add volume to naturally thin lips.
