Unexperienced kids are sent to do the work at this rip-off service. This is a comment to the owner - YOU ARE A RIP OFF. I tell everyone I know. My system did not need to be wiped. Dave's fixed it within half an hour. To all - spread the word.
We've been using UFC as our-call computer techs for over 4 years, and I can't tell you how refreshing it was to FINALLY find reliable computer help in this town. We used to have computer problems all the time and the guys who came out only seemed to make things worse. UFC recommended a new server with diskless terminals. After went with, we've been running solid.
After taking my Dell to someone else who couldn't fix it, I brought it to User-Friendly Computing. Their technician was able to diagnose and repair it the next day. I have never received such prompt, courteous, and professional service. User-Friendly gets an A+! I would not hestiate to recommend them to anyone that I know.
