I went to this dental office for the first time. I was very stressed and nervous I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Jamil understood my fear and he explained my treatment and what to expect .... I was very impressed with the Doctor and proud of me for taking the treatment with out any sedatives... The doctor and Ana were very gentle and attentive making sure I was comfortable.. I feel so much better the way my teeth look and I will definitely go back there... Thank you Dr..Jamill and staff.... Blanca B.

I want the world to know about this place. I was so nervous about going as we all are. Wow !! I'm not nervous anymore !!! I'm was 100% cured of my fears !! She made me feel so comfortable. Don't fear the shot she's the best at giving them. You never even know she giving it and will talk you through it. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They went the extra mile and I appreciated it. They were helpful with my insurance as well.

The office staff and Dentist are great, I feel very comfortable and everyone knows me by my name. Great dental team.

This dentist and dentist office are a disgrace to dentistry! We experienced horrible experience after horrible experience!! Why I kept going back I will never understand!! The dentist treated both of my boys horribly, including telling my 10 year old how painful the Novocaine shot would be. She was very "sweet" to my 2 girls but was down right mean to my sons.



The staff was anything but nice, helpful or professional. They scheduled 2 appointments with me but when I showed up acted like I had made a mistake as to when the appointment was. Appointment cards don't lie! They were not accommodating at all.



When I went in the patient area to wait for my children, they refused to give me a full size chair. I was forced to sit on a "kiddie" chair because apparently I am too dumb to know how to sit on rolling chair. Also, I was not allowed to take water with me either. It was WATER with a lid! Whatever! That was the last straw and I was done.



Also, after our last appointment my 8 year old daughter experienced a lot of pain as the Novocaine was wearing off. I called the after-hours number. I left 3 urgent messages with the answering service. I told them how much pain my child was in and they assured me they were putting through an emergency call to the dentist on call. I called THREE times and I did not receive a return phone call until Monday afternoon. So much for an "emergency."



I have also called the corporate office to voice my many complaints. I can't seem to talk to a real person and no one returns my calls. Obviously, they do not value customer service and satisfying the patient.



I am so disgusted by this dentist office and want everyone to know how horrible they are. If you value your mouth, or your children's mouths, PLEASE do not go here!!



(I will say that Anna in the front office and one of the back office ladies were very kind. Other than that, they were all TERRIBLE!!!)
