These people are very unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Forced gap insurance when not needed. Paid cash and they forgot to apply payment. Would not give pink slip with final payment, insisted on more money... Did not follow through on deal. Over charged and could not explain why. Asked for explanation based on paper work, pointing out mistakes, owner still could not explain charges. Have a lawyer look over paperwork!!!
