First-classBetter than mostAbout what I expectedNot the worst...Disappointing

We wanted to get away from LA for the weekend for my 30th birthday. I booked the room online (Queen with a view) and the website looked good so I was excited! I then looked at yelp and to my surprise, it was the complete opposite of what I was expecting. Frantic, I called the motel and explained my concern and they said, 'no problem, when you get here, you can look at your room and if you're not happy, we won't charge your card.'

The rooms are completely remodeled and very relaxing and comfortable. You could tell they put a little extra into their recent remodel. Parking was easy which could be a problem for a few of the local hotels, location is great and the owners are amazing. I would recommend this hotel on your next trip especially if you're looking for that cute little locally owned hidden gem.

I stayed at the Pacific Crest Santa Barbara last weekend when I came in for a friends wedding. The wedding party was staying at the Fess Parker however, they were sold out of for the weekend which prompted me to find a hotel close enough to join them. Since I would be spending most of my time at the Fess Parker I didn't read much into hotel amenities or reviews so I really didn't know what to expect. When I arrived to check in I was greeted by the owners who were very considerate. They showed me around the property and let me pick the room I liked the most (of the available rooms).

Upon check-in, the gentleman at the office was very friendly and informational. He oriented us on great places to eat and what places we can go to that are nearby. No key cards, they use old school keys. Which I thought was pretty cool. Location is perfect! You can see the ocean from the Inn. The beach is literally just down the street. It's a mile away from State St. I was a little worried about what the rooms would look like judging from the outside of the Inn, but the room was simple and surprisingly very clean. Room comes with mini fridge, coffee maker (a little dirty), portable air-conditioner, cable with HBO, and wifi. Bathroom and shower were clean and came with mini shampoo and soap. Was not expecting cleaning service but it was a nice little surprise going back to the room with the bed made and fresh new towels. Pretty roomy for a queen sized bed room.

Me and a friend met up here for the weekend to run a 5 k and hangout in SB. The place was exactly what I wanted. It was closed to the beach, maybe a two minute walk. Although your behind another hotel so it's hard to see the beach from the room. It was small and old but clean. We had room 104. Wood floors, free wi-fi, refrigerator and microwave. Coffee maker and blow dryer. The pool was clean and warm. I wish I would have brought my bathing suit. I would definitely stay here a again. The price and location are unbeatable.

My room was very clean, furnishings were simple but not ugly. Room has a coffee maker, hair dryer, tiny fridge and tiny microwave. Parking near the rooms.

Stayed here one night, two queen bed room upstairs. The clerk at front desk was very nice and helpful, my 12year old son thOught he was very polite. Room was clean and comfortable, great location, very close to beach, pIer, easy drive to down town from here. Pool was clean and nice, surrounding area was clean. Room we stayed in was a good size room too. We enjoyed our time here. The clerk recommended the Beach Grill on the beach for breakfast and it was great.

The perfect pick for an affordable weekend in Santa Barbara. One and 1/2 blocks from the beach, quiet, and some rooms even have ocean views. The electric buses running along ocean street will take you to the state street shopping and nightlife in minutes and for only $1.00 (50 cents to state street, then a second 50 cents to go as far up state street as you would want to go).

This place definitely took the feedback to heart. The beds are very comfortable, There was a mobile fan unit in our room and there was a fresh coat of paint. The location was perfect for us on our coastal trip so we booked.

Stayed here twice and both times they looked after me and were very friendly. Gave me a good room and help with finding lots of things to do around Santa Barbra. Had the room available for me early second time around was a help.

We were very pleased with this quaint little hotel. It was a short walk away from the beach and other attractions. We actually walked to this hotel from the Amtrak station. We also walked to Stearns Wharf from the hotel. This hotel is near gorgeous Chase Palm Park. Our room was clean and spacious. It had a nice pool located right out front. I'd stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay, withing walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Great shopping but needed the car, the owners gave us details on where to park and places to see. Clean and comfortable.

This motel delivers nice, simple accommodation. It was very clean, and a few mins walk to the beach. We also walked into the centre of Santa Barbara, a 25-30 min stroll.
