If you want a cheap repair then go somewhere else. If want quality then go to Nick Rail. Yes it's expensive but if you are commited to music then it pays off in the long run. Service is great, employees are helpful and their repairs are long lasting.

They will repair the instrument only their way. They want to do 10 pads for $200 or a full refurbishing. They would NOT do less than 10 pads even though it was a student sax. There view is the more money the parents shell out the longer the kids will stay in band (which is exactly what they want). What snobs!!! I guess poor people can't be in band.
