I've been at MAFF nearly 6 years, always 6 a.m., Always Great different instructors. I'm happy as long as somebody with a key shows up early like they always do. All I need is a bag and my space. And It makes me happy and full of energy all day

I have 2 girls (ages 3 & 6) and they absolutely love the kids karate classes! My kids are getting more coordinated, they're listening better at home, and the oldest is always being praised at school for her great attitude. I give all the credit to the programs at MAFF. You need to check it out if you have kids! Also, they have wonderful fitness classes as well!!

The first day I showed up I loved the enthusiasm. I just wanted to keep working out there forever. I am glad I found MAFF when I did I will never leave!

MAFF has been and continues to be an amazing place for me where I can keep myself in shape, both physically and mentally. The people here are what really makes it special and stand out over other studios. It truly is an extended family, and I have grown so much in the 4 years that I have been a student in their martial arts program.

My 10-year old son and I are both students at Martial Arts Family Fitness. He is currently working on his black belt and is my wife and I cannot even begin to thank the staff for the work they have done with him. He has grown so much in the time that he has spent there. Martial Arts Family Fitness is also the best place for kickboxing. I have been doing it for five years and love it. It is a great workout!

MAFF is the best. The studio is locally owned and operated. The past 4 years as a member of Martial Arts Family Fitness has been fantastic. I joined MAFF for the martial arts program. This is where I received my black belt in Dynamic Circle Step Hapkido. The studio is great and the staff are knowledgeable. The programs are awsome which include kickboxing, KUT, and self defense. Master Dave Wheaton is truly dedicated to preserving the tradition of Dynamic Circle Step Hapkido. Best of all, being a member of MAFF is like having a huge extended family. MAFF is a family business that has done wonders for me and my family! My wife took the KUT program 2x and I am in the black belt program. I can't wait for my daughter to be old enough for their Lil' Ninja's program. Thx MAFF!

The best place to get both in shape and in tune with your body. By far the best instruction from more than qualified mentors who care about the growth and development of each person who goes there.I started training as a white belt and was very comfortable there with the instruction and personal attention from the staff and students. It has become a very important part of my life, and a second family.

Incredible instructors that really manage to get you energized and keep you motivated. Makes working out fun and leaves you wanting more! I'd highly recommend Family Fitness to everyone, no matter what your level. Students and teachers alike make you feel welcomed and confident. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Awesome experience. Really enjoy going to MAFF. The staff is warm and friendly and that rubs off on everyone there. But don't think the great atmosphere means you will be let off easy -- you had better be prepared to sweat! Not only are the workouts fun but their are backed by some real martial arts experience. They definitely earn their 5-stars!

GREAT fitness kickboxing classes. Lots of classes weekly. Nice staff, all instructors are martial artists.

This really is a "family" place - everyone feels welcomed and supported in a very friendly atmosphere. The instructors are all martial artists and the technique of the students is top-notch, encouraging a low-injury rate. I do both martial arts and kickboxing here, and love it!
