By outward appearances this place is cute, and dog friendly. The young blonde girl was even nice so we thought we scored a decent place to stay and take a few well needed couple days off......But after a long drive checking in,eating, taking a shower and going right to bed I woke up and realized I had been sleeping on sheets that had a couple of blood spots on them! Yuk! My husband and I asked the blonde girl if she would ask the maid to change the sheets(mind you I normally wouldn't bother if they were clean) she said she would ask the maid. So off we went to take a drive and stay out of the way so they can do thier job with out us in the way. We came back and I turned down the bed ready for a rest, seeing I am still regrouping from a major accident last month. Well what do I find but the same exact spots in the same exact place on the bed. We go down and let the young girl behind the desk know what was going on and she said that the maid was gone and she wasn't the cleaning lady after asking her what should we do she explained she is not the maid. She nor the manager even bothered to take a look . Call me crazy but I think for $179 plus taxes (201.00) I expect clean sheets. She told us that the manager(Paul) was out with his kids and he would be back about 7pm. Obviously not happy but what else do we do we go upstairs to wait. She calls up and tells us that if we get out within the hour he will give us a full refund. Long story short he's kicking us out over sheets that should have been cleaned in the first place. Then when both my husband and I went down to try and get our refund they would not anwer us so we ended up calling the police to try atleast get a refund. When the police got there and we started talking who should come out but Paul reciept in hand we wouldn't have had to go through all of this if clean sheets with out blood spots would have been put on the bed. So I rate this place a minus but they don't have that so we give it a one. My warning is to make sure your room is clean and if its not be careful because they just might kick you out for complaing to!
