In business since 1955, Somec is a subsidiary of one of Japan's largest machine tool manufacturers, Shin Nippon Koki. The company has a full range of milling, lathe, grinding, boring, jig grinding, welding, assembly and painting capabilities. Somec has CAD-CAM design and programming capabilities in several formats, including Esprit and VX software. It has ISO 9001:2000 quality control certification.
