      Warning!!!!!

      I went here in Nov to get an MRI and was told I owed $0 which I have written proof of from their office. 1 month later they sent me a bill for $425. Rhonda and Heather are extremely rude in their billing office and actually hung up on me stating they were reporting me to collections!! I highly recommend not visiting any of their locations
