Garrett came on time, was professional in appearance and very nice. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. When he was done he went over everything again. I will recommend this company to family and friends.

Jon serviced our home today, as was pre-arranged. He was friendly and courteous; he asked about our needs and concerns, and concentrated some service time on an issue we were having. Jon did a thorough job of evaluating and completing the service. Great work!

Kevin Hart did our initial service on May 11th. I wanted to give him a wow for the through job he did on our home. Kevin walked my property with me and pointed out areas of our home that could be improved to keep out rodents and bugs. He took care to treat the area of my home that has garden boxes nearby with products that would not transfer to our food. I really appreciated his care. Angela M

David was awesome! He was super quiet white my kids were napping and was great with my dogs. He thoroughly explained the process and what he was going to do. He walked me around the entire house and explained where bugs get in and how the extermination would eliminate them. He was personable and very thorough. Austin and Kevin just completed the first service call at my house. Both were polite and respectful and did a thorough job. They were very mindful of not harming any plants, pets or animals around our home and they seemed to be knowledgeable about what they were doing. If their treatment works as good as they did I will be more than satisfied.

Chris and David came to our home last week. They took the time to explain what they were doing and then they went to work. I was impressed with the efforts to spray for the bugs and to take care of our snail and slug problems. They were very careful with our fish pond. I was very impressed with Chris from Aptive. He explained how everything worked and what to expect before he started to work. He went the extra mile and really paid attention to the concerns that we had. He took extra time to look at a few areas that we needed inspected. He even took pictures and inspected some nests that we wanted to identify. He was awesome and gave great suggestions and advise. He was also great with my dogs & cat! Thanks Chris!

The salesman Ryan was very nice and gave me a good rate. The next day (today) Brad came out within the two hour window given and did a great job explaining what he was doing and (i felt like) he did a very thorough job. We have a HUGE tree house with a lot of wasp nests and an outside basketball court with nests in the poles. He killed all of them, sprayed the black widow nests/webs, put granules down to kill slugs and snails. We have chickens so he made sure not to spray close to them because apparently they will get hurt if they get even a wiff of the spray. If he wasn't knowledgeable he could have sprayed anyway and killed them all. I haven't had a chance to see the results of this yet but just the knowledge and professionalism displayed so far gives me great hope!!!
