In addition to a thorough home inspection with an on-site report and a summary with digital color and infrared photos, you can rest assured knowing that all problem areas have been identified. Additional testing services are also available upon request i.e.; radon, mold, asbestos, meth, and lead paint, with results in 48 hours. I am a certified home inspector with more than 9 years of experience. I have also operated a property maintenance company for over 25 years, hold a HVAC Technician certification and am a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors with ActiveKEY access. Inspection services including the Thermal imaging start at $250.00 (additional cost for 3,000 sq ft+ homes and location).
