Completely unsatisfied with service and product..the sales rep lied to me..my phone was two weeks old and died. When attempted to warrantee I was instructed that it would take 3 days to receive a replacement. .I also had to walk to a separate store to achieve this order..what happened to 30 days free exchange and why am I paying for services when u can't use them
