I have been with Allstate and Jarrod for the last 5 years...I switched because of the great rate but I am staying because of the great service. I actually can talk to my AGENT!!! Before I had Jarrod, I always would have to talk to staff...which is fine but sometimes you need to talk to you agent and he is always available! Susan T. Huron
