I have been taking my car to Luke Westin for years and have always been treated with dignity and honesty. On one occasion when I was having a/c problems I was told that it would probably be around $350 to repair and they would call me after they had diagnosed the problem. Bottom line they called and said it was the fan and would be $120...now, in my book that was honesty that is hard to find in this business. I have always been treated fairly and honestly by Luke and his crew. This last time my car wouldn't start, so he sent a wrecker to pick it up, fixed it very quickly and had it ready to go the same day.! I appreciate and trust Luke Westin's Auto Service...

DO JOT DO BUSINESS AT LUKE WESTER Awful experience. Misdiagnosed problem with my truck left me stranded on I 10. Installed transmission goes out after 50,000 mi? WTF? They could care less if I get my truck fixed. They get cheap parts and they have incompetent mechanics and a manager named Bob that is rude and doesnt care about the customer. My truck has been broken down for a month in Houston. and Luke Wester is doing nothing to help me.
