I called prior to taking in my DeLonghi Prima Dona expresso machine and was informed there will be a $40.00 evaluation which I said was fine. I have an insurance policy that was going to reimburse me all expenses to repair the machine. I drove the 45 minutes to his shop and we brought the machine inside. I was very concerned once I was inside for his shop was a complete mess and real trash all over the floors and abandoned small appliance just scatter everywhere. I took my GF outside and told her I am concerned about getting it repaired here for the place is a mess. We decided to leave the machine and agreed again to the $40.00 checkout fee. He stated he has 35 years experience with this machine which did help with my decision to leave the machine. We asked for an receipt to leaving the machine and he said he would email it to me and I was to pay the $40.00 once I receive the invoice. We took a picture of the machine in the shop for our own proof that we left it. I got the invoice the next day for $95.00 so I thought he fixed it. I then tried to get in touch with him to ask why the $95.00. He blew up and said he does not work on machines for less than $95.00. I said that was fine but why did you tell me over the phone and in person it would be $40.00 to check it out. His response was if you don't like it then come get the machine and go find someone to do the checkout for $40.00. Keep in my I have insurance to pay for the repairs. I thought about it for a few minutes and called him back and texted him until he finally contacted me and where I told him I would come get the machine. Look if you don't mind a filthy shop with food and trash on the floor and shop that changes their inspection fee's after you take it in, then go to this shop. This guy is not registered with consumer affairs which is required in CA. You will only be as disappointed as I was if you take anything of value to this shop.

TV Repair Jackpot!

Not everyone can just simply take their TV apart and begin repairing a problem and/or malfunction in their TV set. So you have to justify the costs of buying a new TV set to the cost of repairing your broken set.

First, you have to find an honest TV Repair Shop.
TV repairs can get expensive when you total parts and the meticulous labor involved. Most TV Repair shops want $100 up front and they'll tell you it goes towards the repair, BUT be careful, some never open up your TV. Patterns in the blink cycle can sometimes tell you all you need to know up front. Bad shops will give you an unjustifiable quote and take your $100.

Repair Man and owner Ken from "All TV Appliance Service" was honest, hardworking and helpful during the whole process. To start, only $80 (applied to repair) upfront to begin diagnosing the issue. Don't expect your TV back overnight. Let Ken know when you need your TV set back and he'll do his best to reach that deadline but be realistic. Once Ken finds the problem he needs your consent to order the parts. This could take a week so plan on not having your TV Set for 2- 3 weeks. Ken was stretched with all the repairs he had in the shop but he diligently began working on our TV Set. Unfortunately it was the Bulb$ but his repair costs and helpfulness in the end justified my willingness to complete the repair. Ken took a day when everything was put back together to make sure all my picture settings were calibrated to extend the life of the TV. I have found my TV Guy. THANK YOU KEN.

After 2 years of battle with YP finally I got my online listing. I don't why YP keep making mistakes and not paying attention customer service. I am hoping they replace the sales rep who does not know his job.

I called other repair shops and I found All TV was so great in explaining everything to me in such a patient way. The owner then worked extra hard in trying to keep the cost of my repairs down. Everyone is so nice, friendly, and honest in this shop. I couldn't recommend All TV enough.
