Founded in 1992, Crescent Health Care Inc. provides infusion pharmacy and nursing services to patients with chronic illness. Based in San Luis Obispo, Calif., it has nine centers in the United States that provides a full spectrum of infusion therapies to patients. Special chronic therapies include IVIG and Remicade. In addition, the center provides treatment for patients requiring acute therapies like antibiotics, enteral nutrition, parental nutrition, hemophilia services and chemotherapy.
