Car got broken into in supposed gated community RIGHT NEXT TO THE SECURITY OFFICE. Parking is absolute hell

My roommates and I lived here for a year. We decided to move off-campus from San Jose State to get something more luxurious. We thought The Woods would be a perfect place. WE WERE WRONG!! There is NEVER any parking anywhere, so if you want guests to come over? Forget about it! One of my roommates had her own car towed for no reason, and they didn't even call to warn her; nor did they reimburse her $300 for the towing fees. Soon after we moved in, we experienced a roach problem. We called right away, and the exterminators came to spray telling us that the roaches were coming to other units so don't worry about it. These other units must be filthy because the roaches ALWAYS COME BACK no matter how many times we call to spray or how clean we keep our house. Two of our neighbors have moved in, stayed for a few months, and moved right back out due to the same problems. Unfortunately, we had to wait until the school year was over before we were finally able to move. We have complained so many times, but the management doesn't seem to take us seriously...maybe because we're college students, but we work hard to afford this place. Too bad it isn't luxury at all!! Stay away from these apartments unless you want to get treated like DIRT!
