Provided by YP.comI love Subway for their convenience, quality & pricing of their sandwiches but this particular Subway store employees are totally incompetent They do not speak much English; they charge 50 cents more than all the other Subways to toast your sandwich. The clerks do not tell you & when you do say something, the clerks look at you & only speak in Spanish to each other. They are not trained and are rude.
I went in to purchase a gift card as a gift on 10/18/08 They did not know how to ring it up, spoke to each other in Spanish, got on the phone & talked again in Spanish, several of them tried to figure it out on the cash register & doing this whole time not one of the three clerks anything to me the customer. I naturally made it a point to tell all the customers in the store what was going since they refused to say anything to me the customer. These clerks need to go back to where they are from & the owner needs to hire clerks who can speak English and wait on customers.
For the record we all have started at the bottom working in fast food places which is a great place for everyone to start. But then I was taught not to ignore the customer, put your best foot foward & converse with your customer. In other words I will drive out of my way to go to another Subway & boycott this particular store.
