I had the worst experience ever when it comes to purchasing anything, even worse than purchasing my home or an auto.
About 3 (three) years ago I purchased some "top of the line" "Italian" leather sofa set that cost over $3,000.00 The customer service was decent through out the process but their knowledge was quite lacking making the process long but in the end I bought those "Italian" sofas. They lied to me because they said they were imported straight from Italy but I read the tag, & it said 'Italian leather, made in China'. That was a great lie and when confronted they denied it. My wife really liked them so she convinced me to ignore that. Well just 3 months after receiving the sofas, we noticed that the arm rests and the cushions were fading. I have owned leather before and they have never faded this soon. So I returned to the store and they kept on denying communication with someone in control of such things. After 5 visits, I came in contact with with the owner. He approached me with lots of arrogance and I did not like that a bit. So I explained to him the scenario and he said he had never heard of that, becuase the leather was "Italian" and that it's just not possible and that it was our fault from cleaning them with chemicals. I mean come on, how can you blame the customer without listening. WOW. Then he said he could only replace the cushions or give me 50% store credit. OMG. I was going to soo him but since my wife loved the style, we took the new cushions. But just 4 months later, it happened again. I called again and he said that he would do NOTHING!!. WOW! He threatened me by reminding me that "laws are not only made to protect the consumer but the business owner as well". Just horrible work ethics. So I left sold the sofas for half what I paid. Perhaps him being Mexican is the reason for his horrible business behavior and ehtincs. Becuase I have read and heard that in Mexico business corruption is common. I only ask that you don't shop at Ramos, if you do you'll be sorry! I know this is long but it is the honest truth. If you'd like to talk to me, just reply to this and I might be able to reply to you as well. I am not lying one bit. Unfortunately these things are still occuring in the 21st Centuty.
