- Primary CareI was born and raised in Los Angeles. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California, and received my Doctorate degree from the Southern California College of Optometry. I have a great deal of experience in primary care optometry, including pediatric vision and low vision rehabilitation. I have worked at several centers for the blind and partially sighted, Veterans hospitals, and have worked at inner-city clinics to provide health care for children. I have dedicated my time doing vision screenings at public schools, AIDS Project Los Angeles, and many community clinics. I am Board certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases and have received glaucoma certification. I am a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and Santa Clara Optometric Society. Outside the practice, I enjoy every minute with my two young children. If I get a moment or two, I find happiness and relaxation through music, theater, gardening, and cooking.
