Destroyed my $800 drapes. I took a very expensive set of custom drapes to them, and they used a chemical that fused the backings together. When they were separated, the backing ripped off. They list that they have drapes as a specialty, so they should know better than this. Worse, they didn't bother to even apologize for their error, and made me wait on a customer who came in AFTER me to get the news they had ruined my very expensive drapes, since I guess by then I was no longer a good customer prospect.



They have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AVOID.

Another curtain cleaner told us that they couldn't clean our Luminette curtains, but "Cleaners 2 Your Door" made them like new for a lower price than the other folks. We had given up on our diningroom chairs when an upholstery cleaner tried and failed to remove the stains in the ticking. "Cleaners 2 Your Door" cleaned them too. We are amazed and delighted.

Cleaners2YourDoor worked very hard considering how bad our furniture was with having 4 dogs and two cats in the house. One cat decided to use the couch as her litter box. The technician spent a lot of time cleaning it, not to mention they remove all the pet hairs. When the cat went yet again on another piece they were good enough to come back and clean that piece, again working very hard on it. We really thought after all it took to get our furniture clean the cost would be more but they honored their quote, which was very reasonable. We would recommend them to anyone.

I bought my wedding dress here & had nothing but the best experience! They patiently measure & pin my gown to a perfect fit. The aleration is fabulous and very reasonable. I had my wedding outdoor in the wine country. I thought the gown was ruinned due to the amount of dirts & mud that was all over the train. Miraculously the stains vanished! My beautiful gown is now preserved and every time I look at it, I remember the wonderful time on our wedding day and the "Cinderella" dream that finally came true...

I had the fabulous experience of having my clothes LOST by Cleaners 2 Your Door back in late December. At the time they told me to come back in a month to see if the patron who received my clothes would bring them back. I just returned today to (hopefully) collect my clothes, but they're gone for good. The customer who they were given to refuses to bring them back. Here's the best part...



Moon Le only agreed to reimburse me $40/item! That doesn't NEARLY cover the cost of my down ski vest from North Face, nor my skirt from Ann Taylor!! I figure I was only reimbursed for about 50% of the value of what I lost. It's not a ton of money, but the principle of this situation really eats me up.



By the way, Moon claims that her liability is limited by the wording of their "policy," but the claim checks that they give out in no way specify a limit to their liability for lost clothes. I'm considering suing her for the balance, just to make a point.



TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!

Other cleaners chose not to guarantee clean drapes, due to age and sun damage. (including COIT). Only Cleaners 2 Your Door handled drapes with care and dillegence.
