I felt neglected after the procedure. It was a lousy service. Besides, their billing department never returned my calls. After several phone calls, I finally was able to talk to one of their staff. She even assured me that there was nothing to pay on my part because my insurance will take care of everything for my procedure. Sad to say, I failed to demand a confirmation of our conversation. In other words, I was misinformed because after agreeing to the procedure, the billing department has sent me a bill for my co-pay. I will definitely not recommend this Doctor and Clinic to any of my friends and relatives.
