- Intellectual PropertyAndrew (Andy) is a partner who counsels clients in a wide range of business and transactional matters. He came to this specialty in a non-traditional way, earning an aeronautical engineering degree and beginning his career as an engineer at McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing). He then switched tracks and attended law school, working as a litigator for four years after earning his JD. He subsequently transitioned away from litigation to transactional work, which is now his primary focus. His experience includes mergers, acquisitions and other business restructuring transactions, equity financings, securities issuances and regulatory compliance, corporate governance and strategic planning, commercial agreements, and intellectual property protection, for individuals, investors, family-owned and other private and public companies of all sizes.

Scott has worked in a broad spectrum of real estate and leasing matters from the landlord and tenant perspective. He also handles environmental concerns like hazardous waste matters affecting the real property, as well as their effect upon purchases and sales, leases and loans.
- Estate PlanningAnna specializes in estate planning law, working closely with the firm’s family wealth practice partners, Tom Stikker and Jeff Antonchuk, and senior associate Francisco Silva. She joined the firm in late 2015 as a law clerk while attending law school. Anna became an associate in 2017, after graduating from law school and passing the California bar exam.
