- Deep Tissue Massage® (ART) soft tissue treatment for resolving muscles knots, trigger points, scar tissue adhesions, deep tissue fibrosis, and contractures
- Hair StraighteningThe most common developmental deformity related to poor posture habits is thoracic spine hyper-kyphosis and forward head carriage with loss of the normal cervical spine lordosis. That means increased roundedness and rigidity of the mid and upper back, head jutted forward, and straightening or reversal of the normal spinal arch in the neck.
- Chiropractic AdjustmentsThe position and movement of the joints and articulations in your body are very important. Most people know that chiropractors make “manipulations” or “adjustments” to the spine (the two words are, for the most part, interchangeable). Some people also know that chiropractic adjustments can be made to both the upper and lower extremities, to correct misalignments. What most people don’t know is that chiropractic adjustments don't change bones, they change connective soft tissues. Bones are made of hard tissues that form your body’s frame, and changing a bone would mean something like a fracture. The idea of a chiropractic adjustment is to use the bones as levers to stretch the deep connective soft tissues that hold the bones together.
- Intersegmental TractionWe utilize intersegmental traction with optional warmth or cold application for a relaxing and therapeutic effect. The intersegmental traction table gently lifts and slightly separates the spinal segments as it rolls the length of the back. This roller action passively mobilizes the spinal joints and connective soft tissues.

- Myofascial TherapyMobility means tightness (lack of tissue extensibility) and Stability means weakness (deconditioned and/or lack of motor control). Mobility problems are usually treated with myofascial release and stretching techniques, and Stability problems are usually treated with rehab/exercise techniques.

- AcupressureHere is a basic rundown of the different health care professionals and some of the treatment tools they often use: medical physicians (medication, injections, surgery, osteopathic manipulation), physical therapists (physical therapy modalities, physical rehabilitation, soft tissue and joint mobilization, ergonomic advice), chiropractors(chiropractic manipulation, physiotherapy, soft tissue work, exercise / stretch and ergonomic advice, nutritional counseling), acupuncturists (acupuncture, acupressure, herbal medicine), massage therapists (soft tissue work), athletic trainers and exercise physiologists (physical rehabilitation).

Integrative medicine is a collaboration of safe and effective therapies from conventional and complementary medicine. Integrative practitioners look beyond symptoms to identify and address the root cause and work hand in hand with patients to develop a plan of care. This collaborative, wellness-driven approach often includes clinical nutrition - both through diet, and nutritional supplementation – and that’s where Integrative Therapeutics supplements come in. Integrative Therapeutics is one of the top-tier manufacturers of supplements in use by integrative practitioners today – including naturopathic, chiropractic, nutrition, acupuncture, as well as a variety of general health and specialty practitioners."
- Disc Herniation TreatmentNeuropathic pain originates from the nerve system and typically feels like shooting, burning, tingling, and/or numbness. Examples of neuropathic pain are radiating symptoms into the leg from a disc herniation in the lower back or into the arm from a disc herniation in the neck. Because nerves are very delicate and heal very slowly, neuropathic pain can persist long after the cause of the nerve irritation (such as a disc herniation) has been corrected. One common off-label use medication prescribed to treat neuropathic pain is gabapentin (Neurontin) which is actually an anticonvulsant. Many patients with chronic radiculopathies (radiating nerve pain into one or more the extremities) are prescribed gabapentin at 600mg / 3 times per day. The most common side effects of gabapentin include dizziness, sleepiness, water retention (swelling), and problems walking. Gabapentin has psychoactive effects and can lead to chemical dependency.
