I work with athletes and active people in SAN Francisco and around the BAY area to GET a handle on their injuries and help them to BE faster. Stronger and more flexible. Sports medicine acupuncture CAN help relieve pain. Enhance athletic performance. Relieve stress and Balance emotions. In these treatments. I USE a combination of acupuncture and massage to remove swelling. Relax muscle SPAMS. Treat adhesions and heal other types of injuries. I’VE found that these techniques are very healing for SO many of the athletes and helps them BE AT the cutting edge of their game.
