Sequoia Elementary School enrolls more than 350 students in kindergarten through grade six. Its facilities include a music room, two special day classrooms and over 12 classrooms. The school offers gifted and talented education to students in grades three through six. Sequoia Elementary School offers academic programs in language arts, reading, writing, mathematics, science and social studies. It additionally conducts art, music and physical education classes. The school also offers the English Language Learners program. In addition, Sequoia Elementary School supports a site council and parent-teacher association. It is located in San Diego and is a part of the San Diego Unified School District.
