The sales manager at Mossy Ford gave me a price on a F250 powerstroke, I called him back that night and asked for 1000.00 off and we agreed on 950.00. He told me we had a deal and he was doing a dealer swap with Galpin Ford and to come in the next day to pay and pick up the truck. He said it would be there waiting for me. Went in the next day with the money and the truck was not there. They made me wait for an hour before i asked what was going on. They said Galpin has a buyer for the truck that I had already arranged to purchase. Then the manager said there was still a chance the truck might become available. There were only 2 in Ca with the options i wanted on the truck. The other was 3000.00 more. They told me they would call me back later with a update, i never heard back. I called and reached the sales receptionist and left 3 messages that i would go with another color if it has the same options. I never heard back. I went to Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet that night and purchased a Duramax Chevy with the options i wanted. Mossy Ford didnt act like they really cared and I was a returning customer to them. Oh well. Thats life. Not mad, just disappointed.

Do not trust Mossy Service Dept to fix your vehicle. Took my RAV4 in with 3 red dash warning lights lit up. Brakes were working very poorly. They did a diagnosis and replaced a MAF sensor to fix the problem. After paying $221.76 for the part and $159.00 for labor I started my 9 hour drive home. Brakes did not seem any better as I left the repair shop. After 3 hours driving I stopped for gas and to eat. Restarting my car the warning lights all came back on. Worse, my brakes were very poor and the cruise control did not work. I took my car to a Toyota Dealer in Folsom CA who advised me that the part Mossy replaced did NOT address the problems with the brakes or the cruise control! Mossy claim they thoroughly checked my car and it was fine when I left. Worse, they claim that they did drive it for a 7 mile test drive. I do not see how that is possible and not detect that the brakes were very poor. Now Toyota HO tells me that I have to deal with Mossy. Toyota claim they cannot help me get a refund from Mossy. So, Toyota apparently does not backup service from their dealers! That is a disappointment. In future I will avoid Toyota Dealer Services in general and Mossy in particular at all costs!

Kyle Rocks!!

After visiting several Toyota dealerships in San Diego and experiencing poor customer service and B.S. we ended up at Mossy Toyota and was pleasantly surprised! I was difficult because of the bad taste the other dealerships left, Kyle remained professional and polite and got the job done!! This was the easiest transaction I've ever experienced, this is my 8th new car by the way. We did not have to sit in the dealership all day and play games, they met my bottom line price and I walked away a happy camper. If you are looking for a dealership that won't give you the run around, visit Mossy Toyota and ask for Kyle :-) I love my 2009 Venza by the way!!

Awesome Service!!!!!!

Sales person from Mossy Toyota, Bianel Gonzalez, was very friendly, informative and patient with my wife and I when we purchased our first Tocoma truck. There was no pressure and the transaction ran smooth. I would highly recommend their office to friends and family and anyone who is looking for a vehicle and a great experience too. Best of all, I made some new friends , thank you Bianel.
