- Criminal DefenseAdmitted to California Bar in June 2011, Ms. Motazedi has been involved in general legal practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal matters in both State and Federal Courts. In 2004, Ms. Motazedi earned her Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego with minors in Political Science and Philosophy. Thereafter, she attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where she earned her Juris Doctor (JD) Degree in 2009. She continued obtaining a Master of Law (LLM) in Taxation from Chapman University School of Law. She joined Kaye Rose & Partners as an Associate Attorney in 2017.

He is an international and domestic maritime specialist with substantial trial, appellate and mediation experience, having started his career as a litigator. He has defended shipowners in mass casualties and class actions, ship repair and construction disputes, and against labor, medical malpractice, discrimination, sexual assault, injury and wrongful death claims, and all types of contract and consumer litigation. He interacts with general counsels and other senior management of major shipping lines and related companies, routinely providing advice on complex statutory and regulatory regimes. These have included federal and state laws governing security, safety, the environment, civil rights and discrimination, employment, gambling and licensing; and international conventions on all aspects of maritime commerce.
- Sex CrimesDr. Kaye is a board certified pediatrician who regularly assists the firm in cases involving minors, including alleged sexual assaults, drowning and pediatric trauma. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed his pediatric residency through the Phoenix Hospitals affiliated Pediatric Program. Dr. Kaye has been recognized as a "Top Doc" by Phoenix Magazine, as one of the "Best Doctors in America", and has received the "Patients' Choice Award" as one of Arizona's favorite physicians.

Ms. Kaye was an editor of the Law Review at the University of San Diego, and authored an article on the “Law of the Sea.” After graduating from USD Law School, Ms. Kaye clerked for the Honorable Irma E. Gonzalez, where she assisted the Court in writing opinions and researching various federal civil issues. After working with an insurance defense firm for a year, Ms. Kaye joined the prominent plaintiff construction defect firm of Duke, Gerstel & Shearer, where she was responsible for the recovery of multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for homeowners throughout California. Ms. Kaye has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, mediation, arbitration, and jury trial preparation. She also has experience in contract negotiation and disputes, including National Football League disputes and claims.

- Medical MalpracticeKathy E. Kemp, R.N. is a California registered nurse with over 20 years of critical care experience. She is an active member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants and assists firm attorneys in analyzing medical records and evaluating injuries in personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases. She was previously a nurse aboard various Carnival and Princess cruise ships. She is a Certified Trauma Nurse and holds advanced certificates in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Hazardous Materials, and Intubation procedures. She has nursing experience in major trauma centers and hospital emergency rooms. She has also served as a Critical Care Nurse for Air-Evac and was a Mobile Intensive Care Transport Nurse.
