- Surf Flow (Vinyasa 2)(95-100 degrees) Surf Flow is sure to be an Ocean Beach favorite! It's a breath to movement class (Vinyasa) featuring dynamic flowing sequences combined with controlled breathing (Ujjayi breath) to create a moving meditation. Surfer's flow is about core strength, balance and stamina as well as an opportunity to dive deeper into your inner universe. Perfect for surfers and non surfers alike, this class will give you the tools to make riding those waves a little sweeter. Since its an intermediate/advanced class, we strongly recommend taking Beginner Vinyasa if your experience is limited.
- Hot Hatha/Vinyasa (All levels)(100-104 degrees) Hot Hatha, at Indie Yoga, is a fusion that gracefully unites Hatha and Vinyasa. This fusion is open to ALL levels. Hot Hatha systematically works the entire body from head to toe, focusing on healing and improving the function of every organ, muscle and joint; as the body is nourished so is the mind.
- Vinyasa 1(95-100/ degrees) Indie Yoga's beginner/intermediate level Vinyasa is appropriate for all levels. This class, which unites body and breath, is gentle enough for beginners while still feeling challenged. The room is heated for aiding in flexibility and prevention of injury, in turn, leaving you cleansed, exhilarated and balanced. Great music complements all of our classes!
- Candlelight Surf Flow (Vinyasa 2)(95-100 degrees) Same as Surf Flow but with the beauty of candlelight.
- Hot YogaThis class is extra hot and extra slow! Purely Hatha in nature, this class goes through the 26 postures practiced in Bikram yoga classes and includes pranayama (breathing techniques) besides ujjayi.

Join Luke Wientzen on Friday night, april 24th from 7-9 for an evening of sound healing, breathwork, chanting & contemplative questions from the ZaZen tradition with 7 quartz crystal bowls, each aligning to the 7 major chakras in every human body. This experience will leave you feeling relaxed & clear.
