My passion in my professional life is to understand the human body, specifically in the area of neuroscience, and how acupuncture can effect, modify, and bring balance to the nervous system. This includes strategically integrating Traditional Chinese medical philosophy with our Western medical scientific analytical mindset. This approach has led to my understanding of Traditional Herbology with biochemistry and acupuncture to neurophysiology. It has been my professional mission to grasp a firm understanding of Traditional Chinese medicine, in its application through clinical experience and researching the Chinese medical classics. This has led to studying neurophysiology and western medical sciences as a whole, identifying and strengthening the benefits of CAM modalities while bridging the gap between Western medicine and Eastern medicine.
