Provided by YP.comRead what the RENTERS have to say.You will be wasting your money.They lied about the parking with the unit, said it had 2 assigned parking spots(as agreed upon in our lease)They even pretended to look for the second spot with me and hmmm couldn't find it!Then ignored me.Second the place got infested with bird mites.Birds had nested in the attic of the property.Using their own discounted (incompetent) exterminator who failed to ever get the birds out.The company tried to say it was my dog who had mites, and I would be responsible for the cost.Until I pushed for them to do a further inspection,then magically they found the birds,and the problem was fixed.Lastly, I had a drain clog.Their plumber came,fixed it, wrote to tell me it was not a hair clog.Chase emailed me to tell me it was a hair clog and if it happens again I am financially responsible.Another example of their lies.you will have to pay for a carpet cleaner,a professional cleaner,prepare to loose part of your deposit in the end

Provided by YPmobileMy husband and I rented a two-bedroom apartment through chase pacific for one year. Chase pacific is not a trustworthy company and lied to us a few times. They charged us almost $400 dollars after we already cleaned the apartment and during the move-out inspection Ryan said it looked really clean and wouldn't need a lot of cleaning ! Linda case lied to about about when the next tenant would move in which caused us around $1000 dollars in extra spend .... etc.
I would not recommend this business, and they lost us as customers for sure !

Provided by YP.comDitto on Donna's review below. I used this company for 3 years and regret every penny I gave them. I'm not sure if they are negligent or incompetent but save yourself the stress and money and DO NOT HIRE this company.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! I would have given them zero stars but there wasn't a space for that. Those who have rated them highly apparently have not had the kind of experience I have had with them. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Their dereliction of duty caused me to be faced with a situation that could potentially cost me thousands of dollars, This is because they lied about making a very crucial mistake involving my tenant and me.. Rather than own up to their mistake, they chose to make me their scapegoat and it cost me lots of money to fight them. DON''T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!! DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS ! They even go so far as to put a religious message on their answering machine, to convince people that they are good. BELIEVE ME, THEY ARE NOT!

As an owner, I have had several challenging landlord/tenant issues that have been dealt with by the staff of Chase Pacific and each time the resolution has been more than satisfactory.

Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always "on the mark" when it comes to handling my tenants and my properties. I've been using them as professional managers for years now and could not be more pleased!
